We provide NDIS personal training and support for people with psychosocial disabilities, using fitness as therapy to improve mental health, confidence, and independence.
With lived experience in trauma recovery and mental health, I create a safe, supportive space where exercise fosters healing and resilience. Sessions are available in a private gym or outdoors, promoting both physical and mental well-being.

We know that stepping into a gym can feel overwhelming — especially for those navigating anxiety, trauma, or mental health challenges. That’s why we’ve created a supportive, private gym environment at Fitness Hub Camberwell, free from crowds, mirrors, and pressure.
No memberships. No contracts. Just movement that works for you.
We provide 1:1 personal training tailored to each individual’s goals and needs, supporting strength, confidence, and mental wellbeing.
Two flexible options:
All sessions are delivered by experienced, trauma-informed coaches who truly understand the barriers many face — because we’ve lived it too.
If you commit to one training session per week, you’ll also have the option to come in independently for a supervised session with a coach present — not billed to NDIS.
As the founder of Above and Beyond, I bring 15 years of experience in the health industry. With a background as a qualified nurse and extensive experience working with NDIS participants, I am passionate about using fitness as a therapeutic tool for mental health, trauma recovery, and addiction support.
My journey is personal—having faced my own mental health challenges and trauma, I discovered that movement wasn’t just about physical fitness; it was a way to heal. Strength training, running, and weightlifting became my therapy, helping me regain control, build resilience, and transform pain into strength.
Now, I help others experience the same. My approach is about more than just exercise—it's about creating a space for emotional release, personal growth, and empowerment. Through fitness, I support NDIS participants in developing confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
